TDS 6 Series Smart Pressure Transmitter

Advanced Principle and Structure


The TDS6 series intelligent pressure transmitter uses a single crystal silicon sensor and a modular design. It consists of a sensor unit with EEPROM and an electronic amplifier unit with a magnetic induction button and EEPROM. The sensor unit includes a differential pressure sensor, an absolute pressure sensor and a temperature sensor. Therefore, the static pressure characteristics and temperature characteristics of the differential pressure sensor within the full range are fully compensated by the computer through the absolute pressure sensor and the temperature sensor, respectively, so that the TDS6 series intelligent pressure transmitter has very excellent static pressure characteristics and temperature characteristics. The TDS6 series intelligent pressure transmitter has an independent measuring sensor component and a unique center diaphragm that does not have a measuring function. When the transmitter is subjected to an excessive unidirectional load, the isolation diaphragm is tightly attached to the transmitter body, so that the excessive unidirectional pressure cannot act on the measuring sensor component, thereby protecting the sensor and giving the transmitter an excellent unidirectional overload characteristic. This structure overcomes the disadvantages of capacitive transmitters, such as easy deformation of the diaphragm, easy drift of the transmitter zero point, and poor long-term stability, caused by the central diaphragm of the transmitter being both a measuring diaphragm and an isolation diaphragm between the high and low pressure chambers.
