Overview


LWQ series gas turbine flowmeter is an improved product launched by our company, which adopts the rectifier and movement structure. It can automatically and accurately detect the temperature, pressure and flow value of the measured medium, and can automatically compensate for the temperature, pressure and compression factor. It can directly display the volume flow of the medium under the standard state (Pb=101.325kPa, Tb=293.15K). It is an ideal instrument that can display various parameters on site and output multiple signals remotely, and can be widely used in various gas metering and flow control occasions in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical industry and urban gas transmission and distribution pipelines.

◆ Adopt ultra-low power consumption, new frequency sensor without magnetic resistance, stable and reliable signal acquisition.
◆ Built-in pressure, temperature and flow sensors, high safety performance, compact structure and beautiful appearance.
◆ Adopt imported precision bearings for instruments, good wear resistance and high stability; improve the lower limit sensitivity of the instrument, low starting flow, small pressure loss, good anti-vibration and anti-pulsation performance, not easy to corrode, good reliability and long service life.
◆ Adopt imported new microprocessor and high-performance integrated chip, high calculation accuracy, powerful whole machine function, ultra-low power consumption and excellent performance.
◆ Unique self-diagnosis function of pressure and temperature sensor faults, and can be clearly and concisely displayed on the LCD screen through settings.
◆ According to the flow signal, the instrument coefficient can be divided into ten sections for automatic linear correction.
The system works with low power consumption and adopts low power consumption design. It can be powered by lithium battery; it can also be connected to an external power supply.
◆ Unique time display and real-time data storage function, internal parameters will not be lost in the case of power failure, and can be permanently saved.
◆ The instrument has explosion-proof and protection functions.
◆ The signal output can be three-wire pulse signal, two-wire or three-wire 4-20mA current signal and RS485 communication output.

◆ LCD display (with backlight), full Chinese menu (switchable between Chinese and English), can simultaneously display standard condition instantaneous flow, working condition instantaneous flow, standard condition cumulative flow, and temperature, pressure and other parameters of the measured medium.


This series of products complies with the national JB/T9246-2016 "Turbine Flow Sensor" and JJG1037-2008 "Velocity Flowmeter Calibration Procedure". Enterprise standard Q/12JD6293-2020 "Gas Turbine Flowmeter"
