Product Features

  • A typical coiled tubing well control device includes a BOP and a stripper box. 
  • Diameter range: 3 1/8"-7 1/16", pressure range: 2000psi-15000psi. 
  • The stripper box adopts a side-opening door design, which makes it easy and convenient to replace the element even under coil tubing operation. It adopts a dual cylinder structure, which uses well pressure to assist sealing, with reliable sealing, long service life, and low control pressure. 
  • The BOP is equipped with a blind ram assembly, a shear ram assembly, a slip type ram assembly, and a pipe ram assembly. 

  •   The slip type ram assembly adopts a replaceable structure design, and the unique tooth design reduces damage to the  coiled tubing.
