Stationary Source VOCs Volatile Organic Compounds RH-3000 (Non-methane Total Hydrocarbons + Benzene Series) Online Monitoring System

The BM-3000 volatile organic compound online monitoring system uses a full-process high-temperature extraction method to sample the gas.  It employs gas chromatography (GC-FID) to perform online monitoring of volatile organic compound emissions from stationary sources. The system consists of a VOCs (methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene series) monitoring subsystem and a data acquisition and processing subsystem. The VOCs monitoring subsystem mainly consists of a sampling probe, heated pipeline, pretreatment unit, VOCs analyzer, and electrical control unit. During measurement, flue gas is extracted by a high-temperature sampling pump inside the cabinet. The sample gas is heated throughout the process before being introduced into the VOCs analyzer for measurement. To ensure long-term measurement accuracy, the system integrates nitrogen, standard gas, and zero gas, and performs regular zero-point and span calibration. The system has functions such as real-time data transmission, remote fault diagnosis, report statistics, and graphical data analysis. It offers flexible networking and low operating costs. At the same time, the system adopts a modular structure, making it easy to assemble, and fully meets the communication requirements with the enterprise's internal DCS system and environmental protection department data systems.

Model: BM-3000
Product Features:

The BM-3000 Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Online Monitoring System uses a full-process high-temperature extraction method to sample the gas.  It employs gas chromatography (GC-FID) to perform online monitoring of volatile organic compound emissions from stationary pollution sources.

To ensure long-term accuracy, the system integrates nitrogen, calibration gas, and zero gas for periodic zero-point and span calibration.

The system has functions such as real-time data transmission, remote fault diagnosis, report statistics, and graphical data analysis. It offers flexible networking and low operating costs. The system also adopts a modular structure for easy assembly and fully meets the communication requirements with the enterprise's internal DCS system and environmental protection department data systems.

System Features:

Uses gas chromatography (GC-FID) for detection, conforming to internationally recognized VOCs detection standard methods; the pretreatment method complies with US, EU, and domestic stationary source waste gas measurement standards, ensuring high reliability;

The system uses a full-heat method, maintaining high temperature throughout the sampling and analysis process, eliminating the need for water removal and effectively preventing sample loss, ensuring accurate and reliable monitoring data;

Features a fast bypass flow path, resulting in a fast instrument sampling response speed;

Equipped with an automatic purging function to automatically remove dust from the surface of the probe filter element, extending the service life of the probe;

Features automatic calibration, supporting full-process automatic calibration without supervision, minimizing manual maintenance;

The system can monitor total hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons, benzene series, odors, and hundreds of organic waste gases, meeting the monitoring needs of different customers.

Scope of Application:

Region: Applicable to all regions and all enterprises involved in VOC emissions.
