The BM-7820 fully automatic thermal desorption instrument is a high-performance, fully automatic thermal desorption instrument recently developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. It is a fully automatic direct injection thermal desorption device used for gas chromatography analysis using the thermal desorption method.
1. Strong Versatility: It can be interfaced with all models of gas chromatographs domestically and internationally.
Suitable for various adsorption tubes with a length of less than 150mm and an outer diameter of 6mm.
2. Features two modes and three states. Two modes: pressurized and online; each mode has three
states: ① Fully automatic thermal desorption and automatic injection; ② Calibration; ③ Activation.
3. Microcomputer intelligent adaptive high-precision three-way temperature control: ① Thermal desorption furnace; ② Automatic
high-temperature injection valve; ③ Transfer line. Microcomputer intelligent time control, during fully automatic thermal desorption,
various states are indicated by flashing lights, which are intuitive and clear, allowing for real-time monitoring of the thermal desorption process.
4. Fast heating and easy to use, with full software control and high degree of automation. Simply
place the sample tube into the adsorption tube position in the thermal desorption instrument, and all operations and controls are completed by the software. Stable performance ensures good sample repeatability.
5. Specific working process: Place the adsorption tube into the adsorption tube position, press the run button, the adsorption tube
automatically enters the high-temperature pyrolysis furnace and is automatically sealed. After the pyrolysis time is reached, it automatically pressurizes and injects the sample. After the injection time is reached, it automatically returns to its original position and releases the pressure. The adsorption tube automatically exits the high-temperature pyrolysis
furnace, the system automatically resets, and waits for the next analysis.
6. All pipelines and six-way valves are temperature-controlled and heated, eliminating system cold spots and minimizing
sample condensation loss, resulting in high desorption recovery rate.
7. Integrated design of desorption tube activation device and standard sample simulation sampling, multi-purpose in one machine, greatly
improving the cost-effectiveness and operating cost of this device.
